- Hopeless -

I'm feeling kind of hopeless today.
I'm stuck in this dead end job. Data entry, eight hours a day, day after day.
I'm on a very strict diet, following it to a T, exercising my chubby butt off and I have seen nothing, no improvement in the slightest.
These migranes just wont leave me alone. I've tried it all, medication, meditation, regular sleep schedule, you name it...I still get the pounding, the lights in front of my eyes, the light sensitivity...All of it.
In addition, my constant companion--depression-- is making itself known more often than usual.
I need a nap.

Have you ever noticed that people say "be careful" after someone trips?
I had to pay $217 today for a repair on my car. I am not happy about this. Oh well, now it's in good shape and ready for me to sell...anyone need a car?
I just learned today that the blow dryer will de-fog the mirror after a shower. My sister looked at me like this was common knowledge...who thinks to blow dry a mirror?
I'm still not an aunt, and I'm getting impatient. You should see my Mom though. She is going crazy with excitment.
I got a job offer yesterday, and turned it down. This is the first time I have ever been able to do this and let me tell you; it felt so good.
I drink slim fast twice a day, eat healthy three times a day, don't snack and walk at least a mile a day, usually more like two. What's losing weight like? I wouldn't know...
I guess I should start working.

So far today I have:
Woken up late
Run into a door (while someone was watching)
Screwed up some entries (at work)
Forgotten my debit card (no lunch for me)
Accomplished very little (again, work)
Dropped my cell phone...twice
Been follwed by a girl who was obviously very high on something
It's only noon. I have never been a fan of mondays and today is just strengthening that dislike.
I still do not have a neice (come on Kezie!!)
New pictures of my baby have not arrived
I am still working through a temp agency
I have not done anything overly exciting this summer
Plans for the rest of the summer don't look promising either.
However, I do have a job interview tomorrow. I am not expecting anything but interviewing is never a bad idea. I'm okay with the job I'm in now, but I would like to be hired full time somewhere, get some benifits, if possible a higher salary.

I found this website while I was supposed to be working. I don't know if it's just me, or if it was just because of my extreme fatuige...but I laughed out loud.
Don't get me wrong. I don't have any opinon towards Bush one way or another...sad, I know. But hey, maybe one of you will enjoy this as much as I did.

Isn't she adorable? I can't believe she is nine months old already, I still remember my four days with her like it was yesterday. As much as I miss my sqeaky, wrinkly newborn I wouldn't give this girl up for the world. She's perfect. I love everything about her.
 She plays peek-a-boo like a champ. She throws her favorite pink blanket over her head and stays still for about 30 seconds. When her hands finally get a good grasp she pulls the blanket down and gives you a Huge smile. Simple, but adorable. Her favorite person to play this game with is Alex. Alex is a good sport and Samantha just loves her.
I am so grateful that I get to be such a part of this girls life. She means the world to me and I would do anything for her.

 WOO! FIREWORKS! Happy (late) 4th of July everyone. I saw fireworks the 3rd and the 4th. I didn't get to any parades though, I was too busy sleeping in. On Monday night I went to the fireworks up at Eaglewood golf course with Bryan. He made me walk like, a whole mile before he found a spot worthy of our blankets. No, it was fun and the weather was good. It would have been perfect if weren't for those freakin' mosquitos all over. On the fourth I was supposed to go to the Kaysville fireworks with myMom and Bryan. About 3 o'clock it started storming, the weather was terrible all day, so I figured there wouldn't be any fireworks. Bryan and I went to watch a movie instead. B ended up falling alseep during the opening credits to the movie (no joke) so I headed home to do nothing with my awesome Mom. Well, there ended up being fireworks after all so my Mom and I headed out to Kaysville for horrible seats and a butt freezing time. No, it was fun. So because of the fireworks I went to bed way too late last night. Because I went to bed so late I woke up way too late also. Halfway through my quick shower I realize there is this huge, ugly spider on the celing above me. You know the ones who...never mind, I'm grossing me out. I got out without rinsing my hair and had to do so in the sink. This took forever. When I get outside I find my moms car pulled in behind mine, so I have to move it. Then...no gas in my tank. Geez! I was so late to work. Um...this is the lamest, most poorly written entry ever. Deal. :)
